Welcome to Hunt-Sync, a mobile application ("App") provided by Hunt Safe Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hunt-Sync for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By registering or using Hunt-Sync, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by or licensed to Hunt Safe Technologies, LLC.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
  • Circumvent subscription or safety systems

6. SMS Communications

SMS Terms

Hunt-Sync sends SMS messages only for critical safety alerts and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on emergency activity. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to immediately opt out. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive a response with our support email and a link to hunt-sync.com/sms-consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed via Apple StoreKit and renew automatically unless canceled.

8. Safety Disclaimer

Important Safety Notice

Hunt-Sync does not guarantee safety outcomes. You are responsible for your own safety.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of Hunt-Sync is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, United States.
