We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HuntSync for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By registering or using HuntSync, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are not, you must not access or use the App.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including source code, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Hunt Safe Technologies, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
• Interfere with the App's performance or infrastructure

6. Subscriptions and Payments

HuntSync offers paid subscription tiers via Apple StoreKit. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of HuntSync, including injury, loss of data, or device failure.

Your use of HuntSync is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including geolocation data.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available in the App's settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mississippi, US, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
